Free Initial Consultation
Pet Buddy Plus will come to your home to meet you and your pets, giving you the opportunity to ask questions
and address any concerns that you may have. During this initial visit Pet Buddy Plus will be asking for all
of the information needed to properly care for your pets, eating schedules, habits, favorite toys, daily activities,
special instructions, veterinarian name & telephone number and a telephone number where you can be reached in case
of an emergency. If you decide to use Pet Buddy Plus, you will need to sign a Veterinary Release Form so if a medical
situation does arise, your pet can be taken to the veterinarian of your choice. A schedule that works best for you
can then be arranged. An emergency contact is required so you or a family member can be reached immediately and
alerted should something arise with your home.
Pet Buddy Plus will require payment in full prior to pet care and two keys. Keys will be returned to you in
person at the end of the pet care service term unless you decide to have your keys on file to avoid key pick-up
and drop-off fees for future visits. A 50% deposit can be made at the time of booking with the remainder
due prior to the start of the care for your pet. Cash and checks are accepted, For regularly scheduled weekly visits
such as daily dog walks, you may leave payment in a location for pick up at the time of service. If you live in an
apartment you might want to notify the landlord that Pet Buddy Plus will be entering your home while you're away.
Some landlords require written notice.
