Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Columbia Heights, Crystal, Edina, Golden Valley, Hopkins, Maple Grove, North Eastern and Southern Areas of Minneapolis, Minnetonka, New Hope, Osseo, Plymouth, Robbinsdale and St. Louis Park.
